What our students say about MIMT

Following judging of Australia’s EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING & CONSULTANCY SERVICES category, in the 2020 Australian Achiever Awards we are pleased to report that Melbourne Institute of Massage & Myotherapy achieved a score of 95.34%* for customer relations and service. This is an excellent result and shows that your customer service approach is one of the highest standard.

Below is some of the feedback received:

“They do everything with excellence and go above and beyond in facilitating learning. The way they provided information was phenomenal. I would not be doing as well in my nursing course now without them. They provide such a high standard of teaching. I really knew what I was doing, and in fact I learned more about anatomy from them than I have during my nursing course. I just cannot thank them enough.”

“Overall I had a fantastic experience attending the college. I got everything out of it that I wanted, the standard of teaching was excellent, and the level of support I received was of a very high standard. I have had great opportunities as a result of the course with them. I think it is the best place to study for that industry. All  of  the  teachers  were  very  friendly  and  approachable,  and have stayed in contact after I finished.”

“All of the trainers and lecturers at Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy & Myotherapy were very good. They are highly regarded practitioners, and I can only say positive things about them. I have now become successful working in the industry, and regularly come across students from the college who are always high quality.”

Customers were asked to provide feedback on key strengths and they were as follows:

“Currently MIMT students help first team players prepare for games and training on a daily basis. The feedback we get from the players, which are the most important people at the club, is that MIMT students are fantastic, they have a willingness to learn and they fit in well with our team.
They also get to come into the physio room and see how we do things and they get a big experience from that.”

Travis Maude - Head of Physiotherapy, Melbourne Victory Football Club

This weekend I attended the Introduction to Massage course. I was a little apprehensive to start with as it had been a long time since I was in a learning environment. The morning ice breaker enabled everyone to let their guards down and I became more at ease and settled into what was a fantastic course and learning experience.
